Online Library Resources
This is a very busy time for students, in particular the senior school students. Don’t forget to use the range of online resources accessed from the OAC webpage. To access them use the link to the Library found in the grey box at the bottom of website pages under Information. The catalogue, databases and a variety of other links can be used from there. If you need assistance to use the resources please ring or email The Library – we are here to help!

Magazines
Have you tried Flipster yet? To access the magazines available from Flipster go to the Library Link on the OAC website http://www.openaccess.edu.au/about/library and click on the Ebsco databases link. You will need to use the username marden and the password is library. Click on Flipster and check out the magazines available. You can look at current issues as well as back copies. Enjoy!

Book Week in Term 4
We will be celebrating Book Week this term. More information will be provided by your teachers and the library staff soon.

Library Assembly for R-6 students.
Library Assembly will continue on Wednesday afternoon at 1.30pm this term on WebEx. R-6 Students from both the Marden and SOTA campuses are welcome to get involved and join in the storytelling and activities. Library staff are also online for daily SOTA Assemblies and the Monday afternoon Primary Assembly. These are other opportunities to find out more about happenings in the library and request books and other resources to be sent out. We know there are a variety of events happening and students are coming in to Marden. When you are here please visit us in The Library and meet the staff and check out the resources.

If you would like to organise resources or become involved in one of the library events, please contact us. Our phone numbers are (08) 8309 3620 or (08) 8366 2822 or use the 1800 882 328 number and ask for the library. You can also email [email protected] and follow us on Twitter @mardenlibrary
