Face to Face
Face to face activities at the Open Access College
include:
- come-in days
- visiting
- mini-schools
- itinerant teachers
- seminars
- host school days
- Moving On ceremonies
- workshops
- induction sessions
Four itinerant teachers work from host schools: Port Augusta School of the Air, Coober Pedy Area School, Leigh Creek South Area School and Burra Community School. These teachers provide extra support to remote and isolated students, whom they visit at least once per term.
During the year families, children and school staff
have a number of opportunities to come together and
participate in learning and celebrate students’
achievements.
