Online payments are now available through our secure PayWay Banking service. The links below will open a secure page where you may submit a payment at any time. Simply select which fee you would like to pay or whether you would like to set up an online payment plan over a period of time.
Please make sure to include the correct invoice reference, student details and relevant information in order for payments to be accurately processed.

If you need to alter an existing plan or you would like to create a personalised plan that is not listed above, please call 8309 3500 and select option 4 or email [email protected] to have these changes processed.

Bank transfers may also be used to complete payments at any time. When making payments through this method, please ensure you include clear Reference details to identify the student, fundraiser or invoice the payment relates to.

The Finance Team are happy to accept or discuss payments over the phone between 8am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please call 8309 3500 and select option 4 to speak with a Finance Officer about your payment or fees.
School Card assistance is available to families, students and caregivers depending on their circumstances. If approved for this assistance, school fees for the year are waived. To check eligibility and to complete an application, please visit the government website linked below:
If you are unable to complete the form online, please contact the Finance Team by calling 8309 3500 and selecting option 4. We can post a physical form out to you, which can be returned to us free of charge using our reply-paid address.
Please note that a new School Card application must be completed every year for each eligible student.
Further assistance is available to students and caregivers through the ABSTUDY and Centrepay programs.
ABSTUDY payments are available to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students who meet certain criteria. To check eligibility and to apply, please use the link below:
