Mindfulness Meditation Lab – gym for the mind


Mindfulness is the practice of focussing awareness by paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and without judgement (Mindfulness and the Victorian Curriculum, 2018).

MML sessions will be starting Week 1, Term 4 every Tuesday from 3-3.15pm. Year 8-12 students are welcome to join!
