NAPLAN 2021 Testing Times

Each year, students in years 3, 5, 7 and 9 sit NAPLAN tests.

NAPLAN is one of many diagnostic tools that help teachers improve your child’s learning program by better meeting their individual needs. It is not graded for assessment and your child’s individual results are strictly confidential.

The information the College receives details the strengths and areas for development of a range of your child’s skills in the areas of Reading, Writing, Language Conventions (Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation) and Numeracy.

Teachers will work with students to help them become familiar and comfortable with the online testing platform.

The Process

This year, for Marden students, NAPLAN tests will be completed on-site at Open Access College. Laptops will be provided, but please bring a set of headphones (spares will be available).

Location: Open Access College Hall
1-37 Marden Road
Marden SA 5070
