Open Access Email Addresses Are Changing For 2021

Email change

Beginning at the start of the teaching year next year, Open Access College will be making changes to staff email accounts. All staff will be switching from Open Access ( to LearnLink ( emails.

This change is for individual staff emails only; Learning Technology, Student Services, and other teams will still be contactable via their existing shared Open Access ( emails.

Preparing for the Change:

If you currently contact staff via their LearnLink ( email, no change is required.

If you currently contact staff via their OpenAccess ( email, staff will be in contact at the start of the 2021 teaching year to provide their LearnLink email address. Please use their LearnLink ( email moving forward.
