South Australian Constitutional Convention - Student Achievement

Congratulations to Chloe Cocks, Stage 1 Legal Studies student, on being selected to attend the 2024 National Schools Constitutional Convention!

Chloe attended the South Australian Constitutional Convention on Friday, 22nd September this year.

Her feedback on this event included:

"To me, the constitutional convention was a really good experience with many benefits.

I think there’s only so much you can learn in class, and going to the convention really helped me better understand the debate process in Parliament.

I found it interesting listening to the student debate and hearing everyone’s opinions.

Overall, it was a fun and beneficial experience, and I enjoyed speaking in the debate and asking the Q&A board a question; it pushed me out of my comfort zone."
