Are you doing life the way you want to?
If you would like to learn to live a rich, full and meaningful life you can now register for 'Being Me'.
Being Me is a six week group program that will empower you to stay focused on living your best life.
Life can throw up difficult situations. These situations often create difficult thoughts and feelings. It's important to have some strategies when these things come up, so they don't get in the way of you living a meaningful life.
The program will be delivered over Webex by Open Access College Psychologist Sasha Miles.
It begins August 23 at 2:30pm.
