MTA Automotive Award Finalists and WINNER!

In 2025 Jordan and Jayden completed the Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology VET course through MTA as part of their school studies. At the recent MTA Automotive Awards Night, Jordan was recognised in the top 3 students and Jayden won the 'VET in School Student of the Year Award’. They should be extremely proud of their efforts.

Jordan is a capable and motivated learner who consistently applies new knowledge with accuracy and confidence. His practical skills continue to strengthen, and he maintains steady progress across all training areas while producing assessments of a consistently high standard. Jordan approaches every workshop task with clear safety awareness and a professional mindset. His positive attitude, reliability, and disciplined work habits make him a highly promising future apprentice.
"Last year, I completed a VET course with MTA, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my Year 11. The course gave me the chance to step out of the classroom and get hands‑on experience with the skills I was learning. Gaining confidence in tasks like using tools, working safely in a workshop, and understanding how different mechanical systems worked. Jayden has shown exceptional growth, progressing from limited automotive knowledge to confidently completing complex practical tasks. His hand skills have developed significantly and he demonstrates outstanding attention to safety. With a positive nature and eagerness to improve, Jayden is quickly becoming a standout student in the program.
