OAC Official Opening Highlights

On the first day of our Wellbeing Week, we proudly unveiled our upgraded Teaching Facility and brand-new Indigenous Garden!

The afternoon was filled with joy and appreciation as we celebrated our upgraded facilities with a variety of staff, students, parents and external stakeholders. This marks a significant milestone, representing the culmination of dedicated efforts and our commitment to providing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

A special thanks to Cliffy Wilson from Kumu Kaaru Aboriginal Cultural Service for conducting a beautiful cleansing ceremony, setting the perfect tone to begin our celebrations. We also extend our gratitude to Education Director, Sandy Richardson and student leaders Kiera and Aubrie, for assisting our Principal and Deputy Principal with the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
