Who is this course for?

Students who want to improve their skills in manipulating digital images through Adobe Photoshop.

What will I learn?

The course begins with a series of digital manipulation tutorials that you will need to work through to make sure you have some basic skills.

You will then develop some image ideas of your own so that you can apply your new skills or 'show off' skills that you already have in using Photoshop.

Finally you will develop an understanding of the Design and Realisation Process and apply this process to the production of a poster.

Note: If you are a home-based student, the college will provide you with Adobe Photoshop. If you are school-based, your home school will provide Adobe Photoshop.

How will I be assessed?

You will demonstrate evidence of your learning through the following assessment types.
