Who is this course for?

Students gain the abilities and skills required in the workplace and everyday life. They learn how to approach new challenges by investigating, modelling, reasoning, visualising, and problem-solving, with the goal of communicating to others the relationships observed and the problems solved.

Successful completion of General Mathematics at Stage 2 prepares students for entry to tertiary courses requiring a non-specialised background in mathematics.
