Parent and Carer Forum: Supporting Children with Disability

Statewide Inclusive Education Services (SIES) holds free forums each term for parents and carers of students with disability. The theme for this term is ‘Supporting parent/carer wellbeing ...avoiding burnout’. The session will offer: a cultural mindful activity, insight into what overwhelm is and how it can affect parents/carers, and practical strategies to support parent/carer wellbeing.
